How to make a donation
Fair Isle Bird Observatory is a registered Scottish charity and welcomes donations to help rebuild the Observatory that was destroyed by fire in 2019.
PayPal - with or without a PayPal account
One way to do this is by using PayPal. Please click on the 'donate' button below, and enter the amount you wish to donate. You don't need a PayPal account - just choose the 'donate with a card' option and use your credit/debit card.
Bank transfer
If you wish to make a bank transfer, please use the following details:
If you make a bank transfer please send an email to the Treasurer (below) and put your name and initial in the reference field of the BACS transfer.
Cheque or general questions
If you wish to donate by cheque, please make the cheque payable to Fair Isle Bird Observatory Trust and post it to our Treasurer, Mike Wood, at Rosebank Cottage, 30a High Row, Melsonby, North Yorkshire DL10 5LZ (with a Gift Aid note if possible). Gift Aid
For every £10 you donate, Gift Aid will increase this to £12.50. So, if you are a UK tax payer, we ask you to please complete a Gift Aid declaration.
